RETURNS:
All item returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number you must message one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM CST
Items returned with out an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days all sales are considered final.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking/relisting fee, unless it is our mistake.
