Description

This ebay Buy-It-Now offering provides a seller refurbished Snap On IM1800 or IM1800L impact housing kit or hammer case kit. The housing was thoroughly cleaned and striped of the old paint, I resurfaced the sealing edge and then primer (filled) painted before red spray paint was applied for a final costing. The original housing coating was powder coated black. The OEM impact housing part number is IM100-41A is the basic part supplied in this kit. These IM1800 parts are expensive and becoming obsolete when you can find them new. My kit is a unique offering.
The sheet metal scatter shield (no part number) is installed into the housing. A new oil seal (IM1800-46) was installed. The anvil bushing (IM1800-39) and anvil collar (IM1800-45) are used parts that are installed and are in excellent condition. New stainless steel case metric allen screws and flat washers IM1800-15 for 4 pairs) are provided with blue loctite (not shown in the photo). A new o'ring (IM1800-40) for sealing the air motor housing is shown and included.
This is a complete bolt-on ready hammer case kit. There are (6) listed items above which make up this impact housing kit.
